The fund manager, LUMEROOS CAPITAL OÜ, registered with the Estonian Financial Supervision Authority (09.05.2022) and operating as a financial institution under license FFA000499, announces the opening of subscriptions to the Alternative Investment Fund LUMEROOS CAPITAL LC002, established in the Republic of Estonia in the form of a limited partnership fund with registration number 17197372, according to the provisions of the Alternative Investment Funds Law, Investment Funds Act (IFA), also under the Securities Market Act (SMA), Money Laundering And Terrorist Financing Prevention Act (MLTFPA), International Sanctions Act (ISA), and the Regulation (EU) 2017/1129.
