The fund manager, LUMEROOS CAPITAL OÜ, registered with the Estonian Financial Supervision Authority (09.05.2022) and operating as a financial institution under license FFA000499, officially announces the successful accomplishment of the initial subscription period for the Alternative Investment Fund LUMEROOS CAPITAL LC001 (registration number 16525466).
Following the completion of all regulatory and investor onboarding procedures, the open-ended limited partnership fund has officially commenced its active operations.

Initial Subscription End Date: 2026-05-29 (Successfully closed).
Fund Status: Active / Operational.
Compliance: All participating professional investors have successfully completed the mandatory KYC/AML checks and signed application forms in strict accordance with the Investment Funds Act (IFA), Securities Market Act (SMA), and Regulation (EU) 2017/1129.
With the subscription phase concluded, the fund management team is now fully transitioning into active portfolio management, executing the fund’s deployment strategy to deliver value to our partners.
